Hells Exile hot sauce company is a labour of love, what started as a search for a flavoursome hot sauce, to a hobby to a quest to change the image of hot sauces. They should be more than just heat and more flavours than vinegar. A good hot sauce should compliment the food stuffs it accompanies. What started with sauces has evolved to condiments as well with seasoning rubs, chutneys and jams. Also limited edition and seasonal sauce like my Halloween special pumpkin hot sauce or the Christmas cranberry hot sauce with more plans to come.
